Dearest readers,
I am awfully sorry for my unexcused absence from my blog. These past two years have been a rocky roller coaster ride. And to be honest, I've truly learned a lot. I've been going through diverse experiences, achieved some points on my bucket list AND accomplished some of my past new year resolutions! There has been less ups than downs, but I'm still standing up with my head held high and grasping hope for a better day.
We all go through a journey in life where we have to put up with fake smiles and fake laughter. I just learned that this all ends once you find happiness within yourself and not in the things surrounding you such as people, objects, or money. I'm too young to acknowledge that money and gifts do not bring happiness, but memories and your loved ones do. Problem is, I do live by this saying. This christmas, i did not ask nor write a christmas list for "Santa". Why? Well, you value life when you yearn for things money cannot buy. But remember, it is vital to be grateful for everything you have, whether it's what money can or cannot buy.
My advice to you, dearest reader, is that if your feeling unhappy and waking up feeling pessimistic about life, find your happiness.
Take risks, make decisions you've never thought you ever would before! Stop saying no! Do the right thing but have fun! Live life! Eat healthy! Be proud of yourself!
Your a beautiful soul that wakes up for every morning for a reason. Your given another chance to change the way things are, and you are in control of every decision and choice you make. Grasp your opportunities wisely, and be happy!

My thought on Ra.one (Shahrukh Khan, and Kareena Kapoor)
Since 2010, everyone was excited for Ra.one-after all, it is a Shahrukh film! We all expect something out of this world from Shahrukh Khan because of his history with his past films. He is the King of Bollywood. All his films have scarred us one way or another emotionally because he is one actor who can impact one's life with his movies. He's been in bollywood for 2 decades, and showered us with films that would sweep us off our feet but the question is, did Shahrukh sweep his fans once again with Ra.one? Or could it be that Ra.one did not appeal to his fans?
Ra.One released Oct. 25. No one would expect any flop from Shahrukh Khan, so why bother reading the reviews? People went 1st day 1st show for Ra.One but disappointment tagged along. Reviews kept pouring in left and right on social networks, and there were many mixed reviews. Taran Adarsh giving the film 4 stars and NDTV giving it 2.5 stars. There we're many 2-2.5 stars and very few 4 stars. I couldn't believe it. How could this be possible? Only thing I could think of is that you have to be a huge fan of Shahrukh to say you love this film...
I watched this film a few days ago. Walked in not knowing what to expect at all from the reviews. Throughout the start of the film, I found it very interesting and it engages the watcher. It had a vibrant fresh feel but that was only until the real story was introduced. The story line became extremely weak, and the worst part was how the whole movie was based on one thing. It was very weak, and I thought it could've done much more. A movie has to have different angles.
Shahrukh, Kareena, and the son did a superb superb superb job! I was just absolutely overwhelmed with their acting in this film. They we're all fab, and true stars! All we're truly dedicated and rocking in the film! I kept on looking at Kareena remembering her from K3G and comparing her to now. She looked stunning, beautiful, and out of this world! Shahrukh looked so handsome and like a prince as G.One-a true superhero. The son looked too cute and I loved his machoness! The action was mind blowing, and I believe it's something bollywood has never seen before. I kept on comparing the action sequences to Singham's and Ra.one has definitely beat it. Also, the effects we're absolutely out of this world! It was the cherry on the top for it's action sequences!
Ra.One really could've been the IT film for the year, but it has failed. I wish for unconditional success for Shahrukh's upcoming film Don 2 releasing this christmas. The only reason one should watch Ra.one is for the actors and the action sequences because THAT is what's worth it.
My rating for this film is 2.5 stars.
